This calculator is designed to be simple and low-friction. The details you enter stay in your own browser so the form can remember them, and the calculator itself does not send those entries to our server.

What stays on your device
Your chosen units, age, sex, ethnicity option, height, and weight inputs.
Those details are kept in your browser using local storage, which simply helps the form remember your last entry on that device.
They are not used to create an account and are not sent to the site server by the calculator itself.
What we do not do with your entries
We do not ask you to create an account.
We do not save your calculator entries to a personal profile on the site.
We do not use your entries to contact you.
Basic website traffic information
Like most websites, the hosting provider may still receive standard technical information when a page loads, such as IP address, browser type, and page requests in server logs.
If ads are added later
This project is being prepared for a possible ad-supported launch. If ads or analytics are added later, this page should be updated clearly to explain what tools are being used.
If advertising is enabled for UK or European users, an appropriate consent message should also be shown where required.
